Questions

Seller FAQs

How do you decide on an asking price?

We look at recent sales of comparable homes, what is currently for sale, and the particular qualities of your home. We explain our reasoning in writing, including the range we think is realistic. We never promise a price to win an instruction.

What does selling cost?

[Explain your fee structure here: percentage or fixed fee, what is included, when it is paid, and any marketing costs.]

How long does a sale usually take?

It varies with the home, the season and the market. We will give you an honest view at the valuation and update you every week once your home is on the market.

Do I need to be there for viewings?

No. Your advisor accompanies every viewing, and many sellers prefer to be out. We will always arrange times with you first.

Can I sell without advertising my home publicly?

Yes. For some homes we arrange private sales to buyers already registered with us. We will talk through the advantages and the trade-offs.

Prefer to talk it through first?

Book a no-obligation consultation with the advisor for your neighborhood.
